Professional Experience

Partner of Pintó Ruiz & Del Valle, firm in which he joined in 1999, in the Corporate and Sports Law Department.

In the corporate area, he provides legal advice to both national and international companies in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, real estate, textile, distribution and leisure industries, in corporate transactions, civil and commercial contracts, and disputes in Court and arbitration proceedings. Jordi also has an extensive expertise in IT, Media & Telecommunications, regularly advising the firm’s clients in audiovisual right issues, advertising and data protection matters, inter alia. In the Sports area, Jordi advises several stakeholders of the sports market (clubs, athletes, associations, leagues, agents...) on contractual, regulatory and discipline issues, and represents clients in disputes related to sports matters. 

Jordi is also an arbitrator at the Tribunal Arbitral du Sport (TAS/CAS), with seat in Lausanne (Switzerland), at the Tribunal Arbitral de Barcelona (Barcelona Arbitration Court) and at the Tribunal Arbitral del Fútbol (Football Arbitration Court), and a member of the UCI Anti-Doping Tribunal, with seat in Aigle (Switzerland).
