His practice is mainly focused on the area of Arbitration and Litigation (civil, criminal and contentious-administrative proceedings), where he acts in defence of the interests of our clients in all kind of national and international proceedings. He also has a broad experience and recognition in the IT, Media & Telecommunications area, where he offers continuous advice to clients in matters involving new technologies, media, data protection, e-business and computer Law (AI, software and app development, protection and use). As well as this, he has a broad experience in sports law, providing legal advice to associations, teams, federations and athletes. Since 2010, he regularly acts as an "ad hoc clerk" in front of the Tribunal Arbitral du Sport (TAS) cited in Lausanne (Switzerland), where he has taken part in more than 110 international proceedings of different nature both in disciplinary cases (doping, match fixing...) and contractual disputes and competition matters.
