-Degree in Law awarded by Universidad de Barcelona

A practising lawyer since 1997, Ms. López's career actually started in 1995 in Bufete Baró Armengol, a law firm specialized in Corporate Law and Bankruptcy Proceedings. In 2002 she joined Pintó Ruiz & Del Valle's Corporate and Bankruptcy Law Department. In the Corporate area, she provides counsel to Spanish companies operating in industries such as real estate, building, pharmaceutical, textile and retail and wholesale travel agencies, in connection with corporate matters and civil and corporate contracting issues. She has also participated in many judicial proceedings, mainly in the civil and corporate fields.
